This particular app is free to use. you can add your videos create projects and then give them different one touch effects like if you really want to change the color filters there are so many presets available and you just need to tap on it and change it.
apart from that you can also work with the music you can add music trim the base music and so much more now this particular app is very helpful to people who are already using Adobe Premiere and are part of the Adobe Premiere crowd because once you edit a video on this particular app you can also continue hitting on your premiere pro if the account is connected.
